This Elephant is the second one I have made.
It has a couple new twists though so I hope it won't bore you!

Remember to be safe in all you do and don't blame me if you hurt yourself!

Here Is the foam insulation board I used.  I glued 5 pieces together and made a rough drawing.

Here is a video of me testing my oilburner the first time!  If I continue to have success with it, I will post it in a future e-zine.

Here it is in the sand ready for pouring.
Then sanded it a bit with my grinder and covered with increllac
then, I rough cut, and rounded it, and glued on a trunk, tusks and ears.
Here it is covered with a layer of drywall mud.

Then I painted it with glossy  paint
You may have noticed that the tusks did not fill on the pour.  To fix that, I cut some of the sprue material, put it in my drill and used a file to taper it.  Then, I bent it into tusk shape, drilled holes in the body and used epoxy to glue them on.  It turned out nicer than the last ones I think!

Here is a video of the pour.  This was one of my most problematic pours ever but I edited out most of the problems I had!
